Business customers in Switzerland

Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Servio3 by businesses and self-employed professionals. The contract is between the customer named during registration and Christian Menz, Mühlauerstrasse 16, 5636 Benzenschwil, Schweiz.

Trial and subscription

The trial lasts 14 days and does not require a payment card. After the trial, the Servio3 plan costs CHF 49 per month. Applicable Swiss MWST is calculated and shown before payment. A paid subscription starts only when the workspace owner confirms checkout with Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

Ordering process

Before payment, Stripe Checkout displays the plan, billing details and final amount and lets the customer correct entries. The button in Stripe Checkout concludes the paid order. We confirm the subscription electronically after receiving payment confirmation.

Cancellation

A workspace owner may request cancellation at any time by emailing info@servio3.ch. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Fees already charged are not prorated except where required by law or expressly agreed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for authorised account use, the accuracy and lawfulness of uploaded data, their own customer notices and invoice settings, and keeping credentials secure. Servio3 must not be used unlawfully or to interfere with the service.

Availability, data and liability

We operate Servio3 with reasonable care and may perform maintenance or make proportionate changes. Customers should retain exports required for their own statutory records. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded; liability for intent, gross negligence and other non-excludable matters remains unaffected.
